The aim is to make the App your sizewhen it comes to service." With Daikin Buddy we offer you tools that support you when you need help during installation and maintenance work.Daikin Buddy offers you the following options:• Search for fault codes with the cause and solution.• Frequently asked questions per product group.• Instructional videos.• Various tools for checking sensors, calculating, for example, the refrigerant charge, making settings, etc.• If, as an installer, you are unable to resolve the issue, you can submit a request via the Buddy App for direct support from our TechSupport department.In addition, Daikin Buddy is continuously evolving to meet the future needs of our installers.
In the coming months we will be adding product groups such as VRV and Sky-Air systems.How can you activate the additional functions of Daikin Buddy?1) Send an email to [email protected] with your company name, address details and contact person and telephone number.2) You will receive a code specific to your organization by e-mail.
You can share this company code with all your technicians who want to work with Daikin Buddy.3) The company code must be entered once in the Daikin Buddy App.
For example, the FAQ, Tools Settings and Request are activated.
